My scope of responsibility

  • The classic end-to-end coverage. I develop the project execution strategy, including pre and post-production timelines, and make sure all assets (inclusive of packaging, print, web, paid, and email) are delivered as excellently as possible.

  • Out of the weeds and into the workflow - as a Director of Creative Operations, I own the briefing format, process, and develop quarterly marketing planning sessions for ensuring integrated marketing teams are in sync and briefing on time. I also manage the creative budget and collaborate with the Creative Director on resourcing and assignments.

  • OK, not literally…but I do put immense value on having a solid bedside manor. I ease the bottlenecks, keep the key players informed, alleviate the bandwidth constraints, field the worried slack messages and all around show up best I can, to be source of stability, proactivity, and problem-solving for my team.
