The classic end-to-end coverage. I develop the project execution strategy, including pre and post-production timelines, and make sure all assets (inclusive of packaging, print, web, paid, and email) are delivered as excellently as possible.

Out of the weeds and into the workflow - as a Director of Creative Operations, I own the briefing format, process, and develop quarterly marketing planning sessions for ensuring integrated marketing teams are in sync and briefing on time. I also manage the creative budget and collaborate with the Creative Director on resourcing and assignments.

OK, not literally…but I do put immense value on having a solid bedside manor. I ease the bottlenecks, keep the key players informed, alleviate the bandwidth constraints, field the worried slack messages and all around show up best I can, to be source of stability, proactivity, and problem-solving for my team.

Lead project manager for Daily Harvest 360 brand campaign featuring NBA superstar Blake Griffin. Including 2x direct response TV spots, paid social assets, web assets, special in-box insert, email campaigns, and more. I owned development and execution of the project plan, pre and post-production timelines, and oversaw every phase from agency onboarding, conception, creative reviews (providing some feedback where needed), editing rounds, delivery, and flight.

Lead project manager for Daily Harvest January 2024 “Actually Yes” and January Jumpstart brand campaign, owning development of project plan and end-to-end execution of 360 campaign, featuring 2x TV assets, 45 paid social assets, web and email assets, from concept to delivery. Partnered Associate CD to finalize production timelines, resourced design support for large volume of evergreen asset creation to ensure timely delivery before the EOY holidays.

Lead project manager for Daily Harvest Pasta collection launch and following new flavor releases; managed end-to-end execution and delivery of revamped packaging design, and assets for web, print, paid social, email, and special collaborations.
